Corporate Creative Productions is a small team of video creatives who make branded content for businesses looking to expand their video marketing.
We\’re looking for a project manager/producer to help across every stage of the business, enabling growth, smooth project organisation and team/client management. Someone with plenty of experience leading/organising the end-to-end production process as well as being a touch point for clients.
Job Summary
As a Project Manager/Producer you\’ll be in charge of the overall end-to-end organisation and development of video production and client care. Alongside in-house organisation and overseeing our talented video team.
When not managing video projects, you will be assisting with social media and client acquisition.
Within this role, you\’ll mostly be developing pre-production documents and liaising with clients in the lead-up to the shoot day. This means: pitch decks and proof-of-concepts, storyboarding, budgeting, scheduling, location and crew logistics, and everything in between. Keeping the clients in the loop consistently as part of our client care service. As well as helping to develop our pre-production process further to ensure continued quality care.
Attending shoots will be a regular occurrence. Making sure scheduling goes smoothly, shot lists/storyboards are executed and ensuring the team stays on track. This will also sometimes include interviewing, capturing BTS footage/photos and managing any on the day changes that the client is looking for.
Post-shoot you will be liaising with the client to ensure they are made aware of delivery times, sending drafts and receiving amendments as well as general management of the post-production process. Working alongside our editor to ensure the process goes smoothly and stays on-time/in-budget.
Finally, in downtime from project management, you will be working alongside the team to develop social media posts, reach out to potential clients and devising new processes to ensure efficiency within the company. These are shared roles across the team which allows us all to get stuck in and work towards growing the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage video and multimedia projects end-to-end, from concept through to delivery
- Creating various pre-production documentation: pitch decks and proof-of-concepts, storyboarding, budgeting, scheduling, location and crew logistics, call sheets and everything in between
- Receiving and interpreting client briefs and defining multiple projects simultaneously with the video team
- Maintain proactive and clear communication with clients, managing timelines and expectations
- Help to streamline internal project workflows and create efficiency across company processes
- Attending shoot days (where needed) wherein you will ensure the day goes smoothly and according to plan
- Capturing BTS footage/photos on shoot days.
- Helping manage post-production timelines to ensure clients needs are me
- Help manage social media channels via content creation and posts (team-wide responsibility)
- Contribute to marketing strategies (team-wide responsibility)
- Participate in sales and client outreach (team-wide responsibility)
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising video production teams and managing projects effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Experience organising pre-production and production processes for video projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Experience attending video shoots as a producer
- Comfortable with budgeting, scaling projects, and aligning production with client expectations
- Driving license with a willingness to travel to client meetings and shoots
- Great customer-facing skills. Comfortable consistently talking to clients and potential clients.
Desirable:
- Social Media Management/content creation
- Experience with adobe creative cloud at a basic level
- Knowledge of camera equipment
