Inform and advise the company and its employees about their obligations under data protection laws, including freedom of information and subject access requests.

Serve as the primary contact for the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and individuals whose data is processed.

Develop and maintain the governance of the Service’s information assets, manage the information asset register, and understand information flows.

Act as the responsible officer for all Freedom of Information and Environmental Information Regulations requests, ensuring timely responses.

Handle FOI-related complaints and act as the liaison with the ICO during appeals.
