As we celebrate our centenary, we are looking for an experienced retail manager for our on-site store at our Head Office in Andover.
About You
We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of driving retail sales and standards of customer service, who will be a brand ambassador. You will need to be comfortable working alone and able to attend off-site training and conferences from time to time. A passion for cooking would be an advantage.
About the Role
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be managing all the day to day aspects of running a store to ensure that sales targets are achieved, costs are managed and that excellent levels of customer care and service are delivered at all times. Planning, driving and reporting on store sales, costs and business performance, as well as planning and implementing store merchandising and layout to maximise sales and customer experience.
