The Role

Our operation based in Diss, Norfolk produces a range of corrugated packaging and supplies a UK wide customer base with an enviable reputation for quality and service. On the back of a substantial investment programme starting in 2022 and an exciting future growth strategy, we are looking for a New Business Development Manager to join our team.

This is an opportunity for a proactive and driven individual to focus on delivering new customer business opportunities across the UK backed by a highly innovative and experienced team at Diss. The area covers in the main East and West Midlands, East of England and the autonomy to leverage existing contacts across mainland UK.

The candidate

Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in onboarding new customers and delivering profitable sales from them. They will also have:

  • personal drive and determination to succeed
  • a sound grasp of all commercial factors
  • great interpersonal and presentation skills
  • a creative and adaptive approach to problem solving
  • a natural curiosity in customer and market trends

Knowledge of the corrugated industry would be useful as well as B2B field sales experience.

Candidates will ideally be based in the Midlands region.
