What You\’ll Be Doing:

As a Primary Teacher in our SEND provision, you will:

Deliver Inclusive Lessons: Design and deliver creative lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with various SEND, ensuring each child can thrive.
Support Emotional and Social Development: Encourage students to engage in physical activities that boost their confidence, teamwork, and communication skills.
Adapt Your Teaching Methods: Use differentiated instruction to cater to the diverse abilities of each student.
Promote Positive Behaviour: Implement positive behaviour strategies and create a nurturing, supportive classroom environment.
Collaborate with a Strong Team: Work closely with other teachers and SENCOs to provide holistic support for each student.
