We currently have a permanent job vacancy for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join our team based in Skelmersdale. Due to an influx of work and securing new contracts, we are looking for a manager to run our team of Electricians.
P&R Electrical Contractors Limited has been in operation for over a decade and continues to experience growth. Our client base primarily comprises commercial entities, including local councils, factories, offices, and schools. As well as electrical services, we specialize in gate automation, CCTV installations, door access, and security. We cover a wide variety of areas across the northwest.
We are looking for a highly motivated, honest, and reliable individual with at least 3 years of electrical manager experience.
Main Duties
- Ensuring that all electrical works and installations meet high quality and compliance standards and are completed on schedule
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Participate in site meetings
- Conduct daily site inspections
- Assist with apprentices’ learning
- Overseeing and coordinating the electrical team and subcontractors
- Control and manage site stock and equipment
- Carry out Toolbox talks
- Supervising, guiding, and overseeing employees to ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
