We are partnering with a leading UK law firm specialising in the media, entertainment, and creative industries. Known for representing household names in film, TV, music, theatre, publishing, and digital, this is an organisation where excellence is the standard and no two days are the same.

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Co-Managing Partner and two other senior board members. This is a high-profile, fast-paced role where you will be relied on for discretion, foresight, and seamless organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones.

  • Act as gatekeeper, handling confidential matters with the utmost discretion.

  • Prepare board papers, briefing packs, and presentations to the highest standard.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with high-profile stakeholders.
