DCT Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Legal 500 law firm, who are currently seeking an ambitious and career-driven Paralegal to join their growing team based in the heart of Manchester city centre.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Legal Director to help establish and grow a specialist litigation team. You’ll play a key role in high-value, complex commercial dispute matters, gaining exposure to significant cases and clients, while being part of a firm that’s known for its strong reputation, collaborative culture, and commitment to excellence.
About the Role:
• Supporting the Legal Director with the development of a new litigation team in Manchester
• Assisting with the preparation of legal documents, case files, and client correspondence
• Legal research and case management
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and external parties
• Opportunity to work on high-value commercial litigation cases from early stages through to resolution
• Hybrid working model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
About You:
• Prior experience as a Paralegal, ideally in litigation or commercial law
• Strong academic background (law degree or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Highly motivated, proactive and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy caseload
• A genuine interest in dispute resolution and commercial litigation
