Job Description

We are recruiting for an Administrator with excellent skills with MS Excel to join a successful and rapidly growing company based in central St Albans.\\nWorking in a busy team, you will be responsible for organising and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.\\nWe are looking for a confident administrator with excellent skills with MS Excel including V Lookups and data manipulation.\\nWhat’s in it for you?\\n * Salary: Up to £28k depending on experience\\n * Monday to Friday 9-5\\n * 22 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday (increasing with length of service)\\n * Free Parking Permit\\n * Private medical insurance\\n * Life insurance\\n * Discretionary annual bonus\\n * Salary exchange pension\\n * Employee assistance programme\\n * Online discount programme\\nKey responsibilities:\\n * The Administrator may be required to prepare spreadsheets, reports and bulletins to maintain databases\\n * Maintain and manipulate data in large data sets on Excel using VLOOKUP’s\\n * Responsible for the maintenance and filing of site licenses.\\n * Maintain up to date site address lists coordinating any changes with website updates\\n * Coordinate Credit Check / Border Agency and VAT Checks\\n * Managing, reporting and KPI issuance\\n * Transfer and dispose of records according to retention schedules and policies, whilst ensuring GDPR elements of Operations processes are followed\\n * With the other administrators, responsible for the prompt answering/actioning of telephone calls and meeting and greeting Company visitors\\nWhat the employer is looking for:\\n * At least 2 years of experience in a busy administration role\\n * Confident in using MS Excel\\n * Organised, methodical approach to work\\n * Confident and strong communication skills, both verbal and written\\n * Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines\\n * Good numeracy skills\\n * Flexible, adaptable, and keen to learn\\n * Good problem-solving abilities\\nRed Door Recruitment is committed to encouraging equality, diversity, and inclusion among our workforce, and eliminating unlawful discrimination.
