Join Citation Group as a UK market leader with over 110,000 clients and an ambitious acquisition-backed expansion strategy, we’re looking for a consultative, results-driven Inside Sales Executive to help fuel our next chapter.

You’ll work with existing clients, understanding their business challenges and recommending the right mix of Citation services to support their growth. This is a consultative, relationship-based sales role focused on cross-selling and upselling value-driven solutions—not cold calling. Your goal is to deepen client relationships, increase revenue, and help businesses thrive.

  • Engage and consult with clients to identify current and emerging needs
  • Recommend relevant services through effective cross-selling and upselling
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches and handle objections with confidence
  • Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline via CRM systems
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure clients receive seamless support
