The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
An experienced Finance Manager is required to take full ownership and responsibility for the day-to-day finances of two companies within the group, with a combined turnover of £5 million. This is a great opportunity to join a successful and growing firm, based in modern and fully refurbished offices.
Key Duties include:
- Overseeing Purchase and Sales Ledger, credit control, reconciliations, and statutory compliance
- Assisting in bringing payroll in-house and overseeing all payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRC and pension regulations
- Producing monthly management accounts, annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Cash flow forecasting and working capital management
You will work closely with the MD, continuously reviewing and improving financial processes, and leveraging AI to drive efficiencies. You must be tech-savvy, as the MD is a big fan of AI. Experience with Sage 50 (essential) and strong Excel skills are required, along with experience working in a small company environment. Currently, this is a standalone role, but as the company grows, there may be staff management responsibilities.
Experience in a similar role, along with excellent interpersonal skills and confidence, is key!
