Service Engineer required for permanent, full-time role from a base in Honiton, Devon – EX14
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Break: 1 hour break per day
Overtime: Paid after 37.5 hours worked per week

About the role
Working within a small team of 8 engineers, across customer sites in the UK and at client site in Honiton.
Responsibilities include:
- Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment.
- Working with pneumatic/hydraulic systems, drive systems, and electrical control systems.
- Providing technical advice and training to customers.
The right candidate
Must be:
- Comfortable working in environments where food and alcohol are present.
- Flexible to travel around the country (sometimes overseas).
Qualifications:
- Engineering qualification with experience in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of commercial equipment.
- Knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic systems and drive systems.
- The ability to read full wiring diagrams and perform fault finding.
- Essential understanding of process control including electrical and electronic controls (PLCs).
