Core Responsibilities: Lead site operations for high voltage electrical projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. Work closely with the Operations Manager and SHEQ team to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain and inspect tools, equipment, and materials for site efficiency. Collaborate with clients and engineers to plan and execute project work, ensuring smooth operations. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, enhancing communication and project success. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and ensure the continuous enhancement of project delivery. Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within electrical installations, with a solid background in the high voltage sector or similar fields. Required: SMSTS certification and proven track record in managing electrical engineering projects. 2-3 years\’ experience working within electrical contracting or utility industries. Ability to manage complex tasks under pressure while maintaining focus on project goals. Full UK driving license.
