One of our favorite clients is kicking off 2025 looking for a new member of the team to deliver digital/web projects with strong client management skills. Based in Harrogate, they offer hybrid working with 1 day a week required in the office.
We’re looking for an experienced, talented, and enthusiastic Digital Account Manager or an Account Executive looking for their next step. As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll have a strong background in managing web development projects to help us take our project delivery to the next level.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple client projects, supporting the Director of Strategy to deliver a first-class client experience while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery. As an Account Manager, you’ll come from a digital agency background with experience delivering web/digital projects. You’ll join a small dynamic team where your efforts will be recognized, rewarded, and valued.
The role will suit you if:
- You’re experienced in managing development projects across WordPress and PHP platforms (tech stack environment not important).
- You’re comfortable managing multiple projects and resources in tandem with one another.
- You build and maintain excellent client communication and relationships.
