Join our prestigious Reinsurance Facultative Broking team at Aon as a Senior Broker, supporting our UK LATAM Power Generation portfolio. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is essential to effectively collaborate across regions

What Will Your Day Look Like?
As a Senior Broker, youu2019ll play a key role in delivering expert facultative reinsurance solutions. Your day-to-day will include:
Collaborating with colleagues and clients on a range of Power Generation facultative reinsurance placements
Advising on placement design, coverage options, market capacity, pricing trends, and strategic improvements
Supporting the development and delivery of compelling market presentations and broking strategies
Identifying optimal placement channels aligned with client guidelines and influencing market outcomes
Negotiating terms and conditions with insurers to secure the best possible deals
Ensuring compliance with Aonu2019s Risk Management Framework and policies, including mandatory training and risk mitigation activities
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Proven experience in broking and/ or underwriting facultative reinsurance, for technical lines, Power Gen, O&G or similar.
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is essential, enabling effective communication across LATAM markets
Strong technical understanding of client needs and the reinsurance market
Proven experience in broking and facultative reinsurance
Excellent communication skills u2013 both written and verbal
Confident networker with deep industry connections
Skilled in sales and marketing within the insurance sector
Analytical mindset with demonstrated data interpretation capabilities
