What you’ll be doing
- Preparing journals, cost allocations and management reporting for periodic submissions including Ocado Logistics property.
- Supporting budgets and forecasts, acting as a key liaison between Accounting and the retailer.
- Building and maintaining financial models to support commercial decision-making.
- Reviewing and supporting capital investment requests and controls.
- Supporting accounting for property costs in Logistics.
- Embedding the right compliance processes and financial standards.
- Challenging and supporting business stakeholders to deliver value.
- Driving improvements in financial controls and reporting processes.

You don’t need to know Ocado inside out but you do need a head for numbers and a heart for progress. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified with strong progress.
- Strong Excel skills and financial modelling capability.
- Analytical mindset and great attention to detail.
- Proactive, flexible approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience of period-end reporting, budgeting or forecasting.
- Confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decision-makers.
- Experience using Oracle, Hyperion or similar systems.
