We have opportunities for Transport Operational Support roles to join our team. Joining part of a busy transport team in our Belfast site, the transport operational support team will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following. Resource planning Provide transport support to the warehouse and to the transport schedule Deal with customer & driver queries Driver dispatch & de-brief Undertake other duties within the Transport office / planning function as required Organising and managing specific elements of the planning function daily. Accurate data input for use in compilation of KPI reports Asset tracking Fuel Monitoring on an MPG file and/or MCS system Management of scheduled maintenance for fleet Willingness to substitute for development Any other duties as and when required The working hours will be a rotate of: 06:00 14:00 08:00 – 16:00 14:00 – 22:00 22:00 – 06:00 Shift work is a requirement with Saturday work included 5 out of 7 on a rotational basis Essential Criteria Good geographical knowledge Good working knowledge of SCM (OR EQUIVELENT WMS) Good knowledge of transport operations Competent in Outlook & Excel Excellent communication skills Knowledge of warehouse operations Musgrave is an equal opportunities employer.
