Community Mental Health Nurse

Overview
As a CMHN you will work within the Integrated Health and Social Care Team, delivering assessments, care planning, implementation, reviews and acting as a care coordinator where appropriate for clients in the Caithness area.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out assessments, care planning, care implementation and reviews.
- Act as a care coordinator for clients within the Caithness area.
- Demonstrate a broad range of clinical therapeutic work.
