Our client is looking for an experienced Reward Manager to join them ASAP for a 12 month maternity cover. The successful candidate will ideally:
- Have a deep understanding of compensation & benefits
- Oversee the management and communication of their benefits offering
- Manage the end to end compensation process
- Experience within projects (i.e. EU Pay transparency/gender pay gap)
- Experince using WorkDay
