A dynamic venture capital firm is looking for a safe pair of hands to keep everything running smoothly for a Partner who requires support in the following hours:
Monday 10-12 (from home)
Tuesday 9-3/4 (office)
Wednesday 9-3/4 (office)
Thursday 9-3/4 (office)
Friday 1-3 or 2-4 (from home)
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Providing support to a Partner, managing often changing calendars
- Coordinating extensive and complex travel arrangements – domestic and international
- Maintaining thorough and strategic contact management for the team
- Preparing and submitting expense reports
- Acting as an ambassador for the firm, greeting clients online and in person
- Developing strong working relationships with the EA team globally
- Acting as point of contact for office suppliers
- Maintaining responsibility for 5* office ‘look and feel’
- Helping with event planning including meetings, retreats and staff events
- Wider support as required including assisting HR, recruiting and marketing with projects
