PE Global are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Customer Service for a contract role with a leading multinational Pharma client, based in Basingstoke – office based.
Responsibilities
- Manage Customer communications (calls, emails etc.) working closely with an external call centre service provider.
- Direct support & liaison with Company Sales Teams
- Processing supply orders
- Provide first line administration support including payment & accounting administration.
- Payment dispute resolution handling
- Generate and review daily, weekly and monthly reports from local systems and review data & analytics for control purposes, including analysis of sales using a variety of tools including “Business Objects”, “Tableau” and “Excel”
- Improvement projects supporting distribution of medicines across the UK.
Requirements
- Prior experience in supply chain customer services.
- High learning agility.
- Be able to stay calm under pressure.
- Be able to communicate with empathy and professionalism, fostering customer excellence in all interactions.
