The Role
You\’ll take the lead on a mix of global, cross-market, and domestic studies, with a particular emphasis on quantitative research (around 80% of your workload). There\’s plenty of scope to get involved in qualitative work too – and to build that skillset if you want to.
You\’ll be working across therapy areas such as oncology, haematology, and autoimmune conditions, with projects spanning commercial strategy, product development, and market entry.
Day-to-day, you\’ll:
- Manage global and German market research projects from design to delivery (tracking, segmentation, demand, conjoint).
- Support proposal writing and contribute to client pitches.
- Collaborate with a supportive, senior-led team while taking ownership of your own work.
- Get exposure to both quant-heavy and mixed-method projects.
About You
- Experienced in healthcare/pharma market research (agency-side preferred).
- Strong in quantitative methods, with an interest in building qualitative skills.
- Confident running projects end-to-end and presenting to clients.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in an international setting.
