We are looking for experienced Fire Stoppers (Passive) to join our clients team in Manchester, working on a new build apartments. Install fire-stopping systems in walls, floors, and ceilings to maintain compartmentation between apartments and communal areas Apply intumescent sealants, fire-rated boards, wraps, and collars to service penetrations (pipes, ducts, and cables) Fit cavity barriers and fire barriers in voids, risers, and roof spaces Ensure all installations meet current building regulations and fire safety standards Follow technical drawings and fire-stopping specifications for the project Record works with photographic evidence for compliance and quality checks Work closely with site management to coordinate fire-stopping with other trades Keep work areas tidy and adhere to all health & safety requirements Requirements: Previous experience in fire stopping and passive fire protection CSCS card (essential) Own tools & PPE Ability to work to high standards and follow specifications For more info please apply online or call our Sheffield office on (phone number removed)
