This fast-growing D2C subscriptions business is on a mission to shake up the supplement space, targeting mid-life women with natural alternatives to traditional menopause solutions. They’ve seen impressive commercial growth and are doubling down on expanding their product range and brand reach. With new products launching in December and a wider target audience in sight, it’s an exciting time to join a company combining purpose with rapid scale.
THE ROLE
Reporting into the Growth leader, this role is perfect for someone hungry to grow. You’ll own CRM strategy and execution, working cross-functionally to build campaigns, optimise flows, and ensure the customer experience keeps subscribers engaged and loyal. You’ll collaborate with agency partners, designers, product and data teams to ensure communications hit the mark, especially heading into Black Friday and beyond.
This is a high-impact position with a clear path to grow into a more strategic, analytics-led role as the team scales.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- 3–5 years CRM experience, ideally in a D2C or fast-paced environment
- Proficient with segmentation, logic building, campaign management in a platform like Klaviyo
- Comfortable with Canva or Figma for light-touch email design (nice to have)
- Tenacious, proactive, and happy to get stuck into the details
- Experience across customer lifecycle and retention strategy
