As the Global Employee Engagement and Communication Executive at our Global Office, you are part of a team that brings the legend of Belmond to life.

The role involves fostering a connected, engaged, and employee-first culture, executing internal communications, change management, and diversity initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders and contribute to strategic messaging, managing global projects from start to finish.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Executing the global employee engagement platform strategy, managing content, platform updates, and engagement metrics.
- Supporting internal communication strategies for global projects, creating content, and supporting internal events.
- Planning and executing DE&I, ESG, and social impact initiatives with compelling communication materials.
- Assisting the Corporate Communications team with updates, financial processes, and budget tracking.
