Our client, a leading provider of business services and workplace solutions, based in Ashton-under-Lyne is seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join their IT department.

As the IT Systems Analyst, you will be based onsite 5 days per week (Monday-Friday).

Main Duties:

  • Analysing, designing, and implementing solutions within D365 F&O and other core technology systems.
  • Work closely with core technology team members to align the technology to business aims.
  • Customise D365 F&O to support business processes.
  • Carry out system testing, integration testing and UAT to ensure solutions are robust and meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshooting support.
  • Maintain documentation (business process flows, functional specifications and training information).
  • Update D365 F&O enhancements and recommended improvements to optimise system and business performance.
  • Undertake all activities in line with Company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures and participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace.

Skills/Experience:

  • D365 F&O SA experience
  • Related degree or higher
  • Dynamics D365 certifications are a plus.
  • Working knowledge of basic MS Office applications, Jira, Confluence and Lucid charts.
