We are currently seeking an experienced and proactiveHR Shared Services Managerto join a well-established and reputable organisation based in North Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HR professional to play a key role in leading and developing a high-performing shared services team during a pivotal period of transformation and delivery.
Contract:6-month FTC

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services function
- Ensure delivery of efficient, accurate, and high-quality HR administration and operational support
- Drive performance and service standards in line with KPIs and SLAs
- Support the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and digital tools
- Coach, develop, and support team members to enhance capability and service delivery
- Champion a customer-focused approach across all HR interactions
