Overview:
We’re looking for a DV Cleared Data Specialist – Senior Business Consulting Manager with a strong background in delivering technology and data transformation in secure and mission-critical environments. You will play a pivotal role in expanding consulting services within data, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and building long-term strategic partnerships with Aerospace, Defence, and Secure (ADS) clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth of Technology Transformation and Data & Analytics consulting within ADS client portfolios
- Partner closely with clients to identify business opportunities and re imagine operations through data and digital technologies
- Lead and manage consulting engagements across cloud, infrastructure, application, and data platform transformation
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, business cases, implementation plans, and stakeholder communication strategies
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of work; lead on bids, proposals, and business development efforts
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to extend market reach
- Deliver projects to high quality standards, meeting revenue and client satisfaction targets
- Represent the business through thought leadership at industry forums and events
- Promote a forward-thinking consulting culture that embraces innovation and disruptive technology
Skills and Experience Required:
- Active DV (Developed Vetting) clearance is essential; enhanced DV highly desirable
- Proven consulting experience within a recognised professional services or technology consultancy environment
- Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Defence, Secure, or Policing sectors – especially in data strategy and delivery
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling multi-million-pound transformation consulting practices
- Hands-on experience in delivering modern data platforms and enterprise architecture solutions
- Deep understanding of cloud, analytics, applications, and infrastructure transformation
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing consulting teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and proposal development capabilities
