Job Description

Insight Manager – Customer & Market Insight

📍 Birmingham – 2 days/week

💰 Up to £55,000 + Bonus

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Insight, you’ll:

  • Lead customer & market research projects (quant & qual)
  • Translate data into engaging, actionable stories
  • Build a consistent view of customer needs, behaviours & market trends
  • Support segmentation and proposition development
  • Influence stakeholders across product, marketing & strategy
  • Manage agency relationships and deliver insight for PR when needed

About You

  • Experience with insight or customer research (quant + qual)
  • Strong communicator with commercial awareness
  • Confident managing research projects from brief to delivery
  • Financial services background helpful but not essential
