Insight Manager – Customer & Market Insight
📍 Birmingham – 2 days/week
💰 Up to £55,000 + Bonus
Join a well-respected UK bank at a pivotal moment as they invest in their marketing and insight function. This is a chance to shape a new position focused on deepening customer and market understanding, driving strategy, and challenging assumptions.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Insight, you’ll:
- Lead customer & market research projects (quant & qual)
- Translate data into engaging, actionable stories
- Build a consistent view of customer needs, behaviours & market trends
- Support segmentation and proposition development
- Influence stakeholders across product, marketing & strategy
- Manage agency relationships and deliver insight for PR when needed
About You
- Experience with insight or customer research (quant + qual)
- Strong communicator with commercial awareness
- Confident managing research projects from brief to delivery
- Financial services background helpful but not essential
