Recruitment Consultant – Trades and Labour – Cardiff £40-60,000
Established in the mid 1980’s this medium sized recruitment business has grown organically and now has over twelve offices across the UK. Operating across Health and Social Care, Agriculture, Construction, Plant, Property and FM, Technical, Waste and Engineering.
The construction division is well established and growing and they are now looking for a consultants to work closely with the Team Leader and develop a Trades and Labour desk across both contract and permanent.
The Cardiff office is relatively new however you will have access to national contracts so the desk will not be a 100% cold.
As a company, they have a great reputation for supporting and nurturing consultants and have exceptional tenure in the business.
This is a new role to facilitate this growing division.
You can expect to receive excellent support and training both initially and on-going.
To be considered, you will be already working in recruitment either in construction or from a similar fast paced temporary discipline.
