Are you an experienced MQS looking for your next role? Or are you a very experienced SQS ready for the next step up? Would you also like to work in the civil engineering sector for a main contractor on a large civil engineering project in the Bedfordshire area? If so we may have the perfect opportunity for you!
Our client is looking to add to their commercial team and you would be working in and managing part of the team.Your role will involve;
Provide services to support commercial and administration functions of the project.
Ensure compliance with contract administration requirements and company standards and procedures.
Undertake and oversee subcontractor administration (NEC4 various options).
Cost and value management, including preparation of earned value analysis, cost forecasting to completion, monthly reporting.
Work closely with the operations team to monitor and report on commercial performance.
Liaise with the Client representatives on commercial issues, including commercial assurance and agreement of costs
