KPI Recruiting are currently hiring Trailer Builders / Assembly Operatives to join a busy and expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with good hands-on skills to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 06:30 β 16:30.
The rate of pay is Β£12.40 per hour
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assemble new trailer products according to customer requirements and install factory-selected options
- Gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials in preparation for builds
- Verify specifications and take accurate measurements to ensure correct assembly
- Use power tools and hand tools for component installation
- Check that all parts are fitted and secured correctly to maintain quality standards
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and carry out basic repairs where needed
- Report errors or defects to the supervisor immediately
- Complete production and quality control forms accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet targets and maintain a clean work environment
What We\’re Looking For
- Experience with hand tools and/or power tools preferred
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical instructions or drawings
- Team-oriented with a can-do attitude
