Mobile Electrical Service Engineer
Location:
Greater London & Surrounding Areas – Outskirts of M25
Core Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate all MEP systems on site competently, including MV/LV Electrical isolations/operations, and provide technical reports.
- Ensure Specialist Vendors\’ service visits are completed efficiently, with quality inspected and recommendations communicated to the supervisor.
- Participate in Health and Safety activities, including Hazard/Near Miss Reporting and Toolbox Talks.
- Liaise with the supply chain for ordering M&E components.
- Manage site and plant rooms to meet standards.
- Complete eLogbooks PPM/Reactive tasks within SLA.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Building Services.
- Electrical Engineering apprenticeship/NVQ/C&G or similar qualification.
- C&G Pts. 1 & 2 or equivalent.
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring and Installation (training available if only 17th Edition).
- Good communication skills and IT proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality services on time.
