Mobile Electrical Service Engineer

Location:

Greater London & Surrounding Areas – Outskirts of M25

Core Hours:

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operate all MEP systems on site competently, including MV/LV Electrical isolations/operations, and provide technical reports.
  • Ensure Specialist Vendors\’ service visits are completed efficiently, with quality inspected and recommendations communicated to the supervisor.
  • Participate in Health and Safety activities, including Hazard/Near Miss Reporting and Toolbox Talks.
  • Liaise with the supply chain for ordering M&E components.
  • Manage site and plant rooms to meet standards.
  • Complete eLogbooks PPM/Reactive tasks within SLA.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Building Services.
  • Electrical Engineering apprenticeship/NVQ/C&G or similar qualification.
  • C&G Pts. 1 & 2 or equivalent.
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring and Installation (training available if only 17th Edition).
  • Good communication skills and IT proficiency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality services on time.
