Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Stevenage

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a world-leading engineering company in Stevenage. This is a crucial role within their PCBA Engineering function, particularly in the Manufacturing, Prototype, and Development facility.

Salary: Up to £43,500 (depending on experience)

The Manufacturing Engineer Role:

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will oversee various technical aspects of PCBAs, focusing on low-volume, high-mix early development and medium-volume production. You will enhance manufacturing processes, support Continuous Improvement activities, and engage with design authorities to optimise manufacturability.

What We\’re Looking For:

  • NIVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21 Apprenticeship
  • HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject
  • BEng/BSc in relevant Engineering/Technical Degree
  • Experience in Circuit Card Manufacturing and knowledge of PCBA Processes
