Role Responsibilities

  • Carry out technical, managerial and design related tasks
  • Responsible for monitoring and reviewing internal performance/output
  • Effective team management to ensure key deadlines are met
  • Carry out structural analysis tasks (implementation of Euro codes)
  • Maintain healthy client relations, constantly briefing and updating
  • Provide quality feedback and technical suggestions throughout conceptual design processes
  • Be fully supportive of the management team and hierarchy
  • Support and manage team members in India

Requirements

Education:

  • Degree in structural/civil engineering (Bachelors or Masters) or equivalent
  • Chartered engineer status beneficial

Essential skills and experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in structural design
  • Extensive knowledge of BS and Euro codes
  • Effective team manager
  • Organised and methodical approach
  • Strong work ethic
  • Candid manner
  • Able to manage multiple projects/tasks
  • High level of English (written & oral)
