The predicted salary is between 19400 - 24000 £ per year.

Equans is recruiting for a Caretaker to be based in Burnley Campus Barden Lane, BB10 1J. This is a permanent full-time role working 32.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £21,648.90 and benefits package.

Shift times

Monday to Friday 2PM – 8PM plus 5 Hours every other Saturday

What will you deliver?

Responsible for the day-to-day management of the school premises with respect to caretaking services, together with establishing a close working relationship with the school and community groups. Ensure that all services are provided to a consistently high standard. Assist the Area Supervisor in meeting the requirements of the Project Agreement.

For this role you must undergo a DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential
