The Opportunity
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team as the General Manager for our brand-new store in Luton, located in a prime position within The Mall. This store will be one of the largest in our portfolio of 23 locations, making it an exciting challenge for a motivated and experienced retail manager.
Your Key Responsibilities
As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the store, leading your team to achieve outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, training, supervising, and appraising staff.
- Managing budgets and staff schedules.
- Resolving customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Overseeing stockrooms, ensuring effective replenishment and stock control.
- Maintaining high standards in visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Liaising with colleagues and Head Office departments.
- Upholding exemplary housekeeping standards across the store.

- Hours: 39 hours per week, over 5 days, with the following shift pattern:
- Monday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Tuesday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Wednesday: Day Off
- Thursday: 12:00pm – 7:00pm
- Friday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Sunday: Day Off
