Caregiver (2nd shift 3p-11p)

Providence Companion Care of Tennessee and Virginia, LLC is hiring CNAs and Companions for part-time, entry-level positions in the Washington TN/VA counties, Sullivan County, Carter County, and Unicoi County areas. Pay Range

$14.00/hr – $15.00/hr, with up to $14.75/hr for some roles. Additional benefits include PTO, Aflac, 401K, and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal support and companionship to elderly clients in their homes or facilities.
• Assist with daily activities, social interaction, and community engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer service to help clients thrive.
• Maintain a positive attitude and compassionate approach.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in CNA, in-home care, or related fields (training available for suitable candidates).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 8 hours of in-service training annually.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Compassion, reliability, and ability to remain calm in emergencies.
