Job Title: Portfolio Analyst
Location: Chichester / Hybrid
Role: Full-time Permanent
Salary: 24,570 plus bonus and career progression opportunities
Main Responsibilities
- Represent the customer by holding retailers accountable and tracking the resolution of open queries in Company Software.
- Develop a detailed understanding of tariffs and charging methodologies to analyze invoices within SLA.
- Maintain high data accuracy and ensure robust data quality as a Data Steward.
Key Tasks
- Interrogate invoices to verify accuracy, challenge discrepancies, and track resolution through the billing query process.
- Regularly review and reconcile data between the company CRM and the central market, investigating and correcting disparities.
- Analyze variances and trends, providing insights internally and to customers.
- Validate paper and electronic billing to ensure customer contract SLAs are met.
- Develop knowledge of market structure and tariffs to identify savings opportunities and assess the impact of updates.
- Complete payment files in branded format within agreed timeframes to facilitate timely payments.
- Update CRM data regularly, collaborating with analysts to maintain high data quality.
- Challenge retailers on invoice inaccuracies and monitor resolution progress.
- Provide updates to team members and manage incoming queries from customers, retailers, and other sources promptly and professionally within SLAs.
- Respond to inbound calls politely and professionally.
- Meet regularly with the Account Management Team, follow up on action points, and communicate progress.
- Collaborate proactively with the Operations Team and support onboarding of new customers.
- Identify and support project opportunities within the Operations Team.
