Job purpose
In this pivotal role, you\’ll be a vital part of our eCommerce journey to be \”digital first.\” You\’ll manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of key online and omnichannel retailers, helping us gain market share, optimize support for our beloved brands, and implement powerful Joint Value Creation Plans. This is an ideal stepping stone for someone passionate about eCommerce and ready to take on new challenges!
What You\’ll Do:
- Drive Commercial Success: Work closely with the Senior eCommerce Customer Development Manager to meet sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction with our key online and omnichannel partners.
- Execute & Optimize: Support the planning and execution of dynamic promotional campaigns, seamless new item setups, and impactful product launches across our major eCommerce accounts.
- Analyze & Strategize: Gather and analyze crucial customer and market insights, preparing compelling presentations and reports that inform our strategies and decisions.
- Forecasting & Inventory: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure timely inventory updates, collaborating closely with our Supply Chain and Marketing teams to keep operations smooth.
- Relationship Building: Assist in coordinating customer meetings, preparing essential materials, and diligently following up on agreed actions to strengthen partnerships.
- Digital Shelf Excellence: Support the creation and ongoing monitoring of our digital content, ensuring product pages are meticulously optimized for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Learn & Grow: Actively participate in cross-functional project teams, gaining invaluable experience and learning from experienced mentors and colleagues in a rapidly evolving environment.
What You\’ll Bring:
- Account Management Experience: At least 3 years of proven commercial experience in account management with retailers, ideally with some exposure to eCommerce.
- eCommerce Savvy: Some knowledge and/or experience in eCommerce, with a good understanding of digital marketing channels and how to leverage them for business growth.
- Analytical Prowess: Proficient in digital shelf analysis tools and adept at leveraging data to build compelling business cases.
- Tech Proficiency: Fully proficient in all Google tools, with demonstrable experience in dashboard building.
- Collaborative Spirit: You\’re service-oriented, enjoy building strong relationships, and thrive on fostering innovation with colleagues in marketing and commercial campaigns.
- Organizational Skills: Well-organized, structured, and possess a proven ability to execute plans brilliantly with customers.
- Commercial Acumen: You understand the basics of financial profitability and setting terms and conditions for prospective clients.
- Education: Educated to degree level.
