What You’ll Do:

Assist with personal care – washing, dressing, and toileting
Support with mobility and safe moving & handling
Help with meals, hydration, and medication prompts
Carry out light domestic tasks to keep homes clean and safe
Provide companionship and emotional support
Follow care plans and complete accurate records
Be a friendly, trusted presence in someone’s daily life

Pay Banding:
We offer a clear and rewarding pay structure, with the opportunity to progress quickly based on performance, reliability, and development.
Band Hourly Rate
Band 1 £13.50
Band 2 £13.75
Band 3 £14.00
Band 4 £14.75
Band 5 £15.50
Many staff move through the bands quickly with ongoing support and training.
