Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources team.
  • Handle all recruitment related correspondence and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records related to recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments.
  • Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials and job advertisements.
  • Drafting related contracts and letters to successful candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and organisational policies.
  • Provide general assistance in other HR related tasks as required.
