We’re looking for an experienced and confident Internal Salesperson to join a well-established electrical wholesaler based in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy sales environment and has strong knowledge of electrical products and customer service.
About the Role
You\’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming enquiries, providing product advice, and processing orders. You\’ll also support the external sales team and help manage customer accounts to ensure excellent service is delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, and at the trade counter
Preparing and following up on quotations
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
Providing product advice and support to customers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Supporting external sales with leads, customer updates, and account management
