Overview
Business Support Administrator (Mobility Employee Benefits) – Mercer Marsh Benefits, Global Mobility Solutions. Ideally based in Bristol, England, United Kingdom, but we can be flexible to accommodate hybrid/remote working for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Complete anti-money laundering checks, setting up of policies, client engagement, drafting of quote requests and draft renewal reports
- New Business – Setting up client records and New Business reports
- Deliver analytical support to the Consulting team and clients in line with MM Bs targets
- Build strong working relationships with the Consulting Team, Clients, and Providers to ensure the best service for our clients
What you need to have
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
- Excellent communication skills and previous experience of managing stakeholders
- Strong administration, time management and organisational skills
- Experience of customer service
