Overview

Business Support Administrator (Mobility Employee Benefits) – Mercer Marsh Benefits, Global Mobility Solutions. Ideally based in Bristol, England, United Kingdom, but we can be flexible to accommodate hybrid/remote working for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Complete anti-money laundering checks, setting up of policies, client engagement, drafting of quote requests and draft renewal reports
  • New Business – Setting up client records and New Business reports
  • Deliver analytical support to the Consulting team and clients in line with MM Bs targets
  • Build strong working relationships with the Consulting Team, Clients, and Providers to ensure the best service for our clients

  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
  • Excellent communication skills and previous experience of managing stakeholders
  • Strong administration, time management and organisational skills
  • Experience of customer service
