The role:
In this vital frontline role, you\’ll provide timely, tailored housing advice and support, helping customers access the right solutions and services. You\’ll work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to deliver early intervention and prevent homelessness wherever possible.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering accurate triage and housing advice in line with the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017
Supporting customers to navigate housing options and services
Managing referrals and maintaining accurate case records
Promoting a trauma-informed, inclusive approach to customer service
Please note that this role will require you to be based on site 2 days per week in the council offices.
