We\’re looking for a Mandarin-speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our rapidly expanding ESEA division at a truly exciting time. You don\’t need recruitment experience – we\’ll give you full training – but you must have a proven track record in sales, working to targets, and generating revenue.
What you\’ll be doing:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates in the Mandarin-speaking market
Sourcing, qualifying, and matching candidates to roles
Driving sales activity to meet and exceed targets
Helping grow a thriving, high-performing desk within our ESEA division
What we\’re looking for:
Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written)
Proven experience in sales or business development, with strong results against targets
