We’re looking for a forward thinking GenAI Operations Analyst to help us drive adoption, ensure operational excellence, and unlock the full potential of GenAI across our Customer Operations function. What You’ll Be Doing * Monitor GenAI tool performance, usage, and quality of outputs. * Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams on updates and improvements. * Deliver training and upskilling support to ensure successful adoption. * Manage incidents and ensure AI solutions remain compliant and ethical. * Create documentation, track KPIs, and generate regular reports.
