CRM Manager
Location: Nottingham (2-3 days in office, with travel opportunities)
Salary: £40,000 + benefits
We are seeking a CRM Manager to take ownership of a growing business\’s customer relationship management system (Capsule). This role is about more than dashboards and reports — it\’s about helping people work smarter, ensuring data accuracy, and embedding CRM best practice across sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote best practice CRM use across the business
- Support and train colleagues on CRM processes and reporting
- Maintain clean, accurate data and consistent sales pipelines
- Produce reports and dashboards to measure performance
- Support lead generation, events, and quoting activity within CRM
- Act as a first point of contact for troubleshooting and user support
- Travel to UK and international offices as required (Amsterdam, Istanbul, Dubai)
Candidate Profile
- Experience in CRM management (Capsule experience an advantage)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Service-minded, approachable, and able to influence adoption
