My client who are an ambitious and well-established, independent Estate and Lettings Agency, are looking to add an Estate Agency Sales Negotiator to their successful sales team within their Cirencester office.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Estate Agency Sales Negotiator:
Ø Registering applicants, carrying out viewings, negotiating sales
Ø Self-generate new business opportunities
Ø Maintain and develop strong, long-standing client relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Estate Agency Sales Negotiator:
Ø Previous experience working in a Sales Negotiator position
Ø First-class communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Ø Ability to deliver a high-level of customer service
Ø Full UK driving licence and use of own business appropriate car
My client is offering a base salary of £24,000 – £26,000 DOE, with OTE expected to be around £34,000
