The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer will work in an established team on a mixed high value caseload. You may be about to qualify or an experienced conveyancer or solicitor but either way, attitude and the ability to work with clients is key. In return this client offers a fantastic working environment and supportive culture and an existing but manageable case load.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Residential Conveyancing Solicitor:
· Managing a caseload of high-quality files including sales, leaseholds, purchases etc
· Support marketing and networking activities to help continued growth of the business and your own reputation
· Support and collaborate with team members and colleagues from other departments where there are joint clients (i.e. Private client)
· Provide high level of client contact whilst ensuring adherence to procedures and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Previous experience as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or a Licenced Conveyancer or Fee earner
· Manage client work ensuring regular communication with the team and client
· Good IT skills including in house case management systems
· Personable with good written and verbal communication skills.
